IAO Charter:

• To underline importance of implant education for the dental practitioners as well as people at large in order to increase acceptance of Implantology as a dental specialty and thus improve the well being and functioning of individuals.

• To influence various decision making bodies to introduce Implant education in graduate and post graduate curriculum at various Universities and Dental schools in the Indian sub-continent.

• To foster communication and exchange of ideas and data through symposia, clinical meetings and through electronic media amongst all disciplines of dentistry, as well as other disciplines of Medicine, so that their combined efforts can achieve the goals set by the Academy.

• To interact and affiliate with Implant academies and bodies globally.
